SaaS Terms — document superseded

As of 23 August 2026, the former "Terms of Service for the WebDisk Cloud Computing SaaS service" has been replaced by two documents:

• General Terms of Service — WebDisk — conclusion of the agreement, fees and settlement, liability, consumer rights, complaints and the procedure for amending the terms. These apply to all WebDisk services.
• Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) — permitted and prohibited uses of the services, together with the consequences of a violation and the appeal procedure.

The split reflects the fact that the former document — despite its name — contained only acceptable use rules, without the contractual core. Those rules live on in the AUP; everything that was missing is now in the General Terms.
