The Cloud Management Portal (CMP) through which the client operates our public cloud has a very friendly interface and built-in support for service requests. Every customer, even those who receive standard support, will be served efficiently and quickly. Our team watches over the infrastructure 24 hours a day and responds immediately to reported incidents.
 
We also offer a separate portal for service requests for clients operating in the SaaS model, i.e. running services such as NextCloud and other services that do not require a CMP interface. This route is available to registered customers with standard support.
